Wallbarn Minipad Adjustable Ultra Low Paving Pedestals are specifically designed for suspended paving systems where build up height is extremely limited but accurate levelling is still required. These ultra low adjustable pedestal supports provide an effective solution for flat roofs, balconies, terraces and podium decks where restricted thresholds demand a compact support system.

Manufactured by Wallbarn, Minipads are engineered to create a perfectly level upper paving surface, even where minor substrate variations or built in roof falls exist. They are ideal for supporting paving slabs and promenade tiles in both residential and commercial rooftop applications.

The telescopic stem allows the pedestal to be rotated until it locks securely at the required height. Adjustment can be carried out while the paving slab remains in position, significantly reducing installation time and eliminating the need to constantly lift slabs to fine tune levels.

Specially integrated handle grips allow installers to access and adjust the pedestal easily within tight height restrictions. For additional flexibility, a 5mm extension plate can be fitted to the base of any Minipad to provide further fine adjustment where required.

When used with the paving headpiece, the integrated positioning lugs create uniform spacing between slabs, ensuring straight alignment and consistent joint lines across the installation. The spacing also allows effective surface drainage, with rainwater flowing between and beneath the slabs rather than pooling on the finished surface.

As a suspended paving support system, the weight of the slabs acts as ballast, securing the pedestals in place without mechanical fixings through the waterproof membrane. This makes them suitable for warm roof and inverted roof constructions where membrane protection is essential.

By lifting the paving surface, Minipads create a cavity beneath the slabs that improves airflow and ventilation while allowing concealed routing of services such as pipes and cables.

Manufactured from high quality virgin polypropylene, Wallbarn Minipad paving pedestals are built for long term durability. They have been laboratory tested between -40°C and +75°C and will not shatter in freezing conditions. The material resists sudden temperature changes, acids, alkalis and salts, ensuring reliable performance in exposed environments.

With a load bearing capacity of 683kg per pedestal and a break point exceeding one tonne, these ultra low paving pedestals provide dependable strength for demanding rooftop and terrace paving projects.
