Delivery Areas

We deliver to Mainland UK only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping, and all delivery charges displayed on our website are for the Mainland UK only.

Please note: We do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands or Islands, including but not limited to:

  • Isle of Wight
  • Isle of Man
  • Shetland Islands
  • Outer Hebrides

If you’re unsure whether your address qualifies for delivery, please contact us before placing your order.


Processing Times

  • Orders placed after midday on Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next working day (Monday).
  • Delivery times are calculated based on a 5-day working week (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only. We recommend waiting for your goods to arrive before scheduling any work, as we cannot be held liable for costs incurred due to delayed delivery.

Deliveries typically occur between 07:30 and 18:00, depending on courier schedules and local traffic. If you require an estimated delivery time on the day, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist.


Delivery Methods

We use a combination of:

  • National carriers
  • National pallet distribution networks
  • Manufacturers’ own transport services

Depending on the size, weight, and source of your order, your delivery may arrive in multiple shipments.


Important Delivery Information

  1. Kerbside Delivery:

    • Deliveries are made to the kerbside using large, rigid tail-lift vehicles with pallet trucks.
    • Offloading is only possible on flat, hard surfaces such as tarmac, concrete, or paving.
    • Drivers may use their discretion to determine whether additional assistance can be offered.
  2. Customer Responsibility:

    • Customers must be prepared to accept and offload goods, especially for heavy or palletised items.
    • If you require mechanical offloading or have restricted access, please contact us before placing your order to make suitable arrangements.
  3. Failed Deliveries:

    • If a delivery fails due to access issues or the customer being unavailable to accept it, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the items and are calculated at checkout.

All delivery charges displayed on our website are for the Mainland UK only.

If you believe the delivery charge is incorrect, please contact us for assistance. We will do our best to consolidate deliveries or explore ways to reduce costs where possible.
