We recommend ordering sufficient quantities in a single batch to ensure consistency where necessary. We will not accept returns, exchanges, or claims relating to product appearance where the product supplied is within reasonable commercial tolerance.
7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery charges and timelines: Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and provided for UK mainland addresses.
7.2 Delays outside our control: If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly. You may cancel the order for a refund if delays are substantial.
7.3 Responsibility and ownership: Goods become your responsibility upon delivery and your property once payment is complete.
8. Changes and Cancellations

9.2 Non-returnable/refundable products: Products that are cut to size, customised, perishable, labelled as non-returnable or made to order are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
9.3 Faulty or misdescribed products: Whether you are a consumer or business customer, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for defective goods under applicable UK law.

9.5 Business Customers:
- Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receipt and must be pre-approved.
- Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
- A restocking fee may apply for non-faulty returns.
- This does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 for faulty goods.
10. Returns
10.1 Products must be returned in their original condition unless faulty.
10.2 Consumers are responsible for return costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
10.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
11. Pricing and Payment
11.1 Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
11.2 Payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Apply Pay, Shop Pay, Debit Card Full payment must be made before dispatch.
11.3 Errors in pricing: If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you before proceeding.
12. Liability
12.1 Consumers:
- We are liable for foreseeable damages caused by our negligence or breach of contract.
- We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
