Ordering

How do I place an order?

The quickest and easiest way to place an order is on the website. Simply add the goods to your basket and then checkout, where we have a number of payment types available.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order we advise you get in touch with us ASAP via telephone, online chat or emailing us. Sometimes orders can get processed and dispatched very quickly, which means it makes it difficult to cancel the order once it's in transit.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Our customer service team are available between 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, give them a call on 03333 442240. Alternatively, you can reach us by using the online chat window.

Can I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please get in touch with us on sales@trustedbuildingsupplies.co.uk

Consumers can return goods with 14 days of delivery of the item and business customers with 7 days. For more information, please click here.

There is an issue with my delivery, what do I do?

The majority of orders are delivered with no issue. We know sometimes things can go wrong, if this is the case, please get in touch with us at the earliest opportunity.

I can't find what I am looking for?

Shipping

Where do you deliver to?

We delivery to the Mainland UK only and delivery charges apply to this area only. If you live in the Highlands or Islands, feel free to get in touch with is and we will look to see if we can get the products delivered to you and quote you a new delivery cost.

Can I track my order?

Standard deliveries do not come with tracking. Tracking is only available on certain items and at an additional cost. If you require tracking, please get in touch with us before placing your order.

What time of the day can I expect delivery?

When we email you with your estimated delivery date, the delivery window would be from 7:30am - 6pm, possibly later depending on what courier is delivering.

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

Unfortunately, not all products are available on a next day delivery. However, if this is important to you then please get in touch with us and we will make every effort to get this sorted for you. It is worth noting that if a product is available for a next day delivery, this would be at an additional cost.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We always aim to dispatch the goods as fast as we can. You can see the lead time on the product page, it is important to note these are estimated delivery times and we strongly advise not to book any work in until you have received the goods.
