Wallbarn Minipad Adjustable Ultra Low Decking Pedestals are specifically developed for projects where height build up is extremely limited but accurate levelling is still essential. Designed for suspended decking systems, these ultra low adjustable pedestal supports are ideal for flat roofs, balconies, terraces and podium decks where restricted threshold levels exist.

Manufactured by Wallbarn, Minipads provide a practical solution for achieving a flat, seamless decking finish while maintaining proper drainage beneath the structure. Even on flat roofs where a small fall is built into the construction, these adjustable decking pedestals help create a perfectly level upper surface.

The telescopic stem allows installers to rotate the pedestal until it locks securely at the required height. Adjustment can be carried out while the decking joist remains in position, reducing installation time and eliminating the need to constantly lift and reposition components.

Specially designed handle grips are integrated into the unit, allowing installers to access and adjust the pedestal easily within tight height restrictions. For additional flexibility, a 5mm extension plate can be fitted to the base of any Minipad to fine tune the finished level.

The decking headpiece acts as a secure cradle for joists or bearers, ensuring accurate positioning and stable support. As a suspended system, the weight of the decking structure holds the pedestals firmly in place without mechanical fixings through the waterproof membrane, making them suitable for warm roof and inverted roof constructions.

Constructed from high quality virgin polypropylene, Wallbarn Minipad adjustable decking pedestals are built for long term durability. They have been laboratory tested between -40°C and +75°C and will not shatter in sub zero temperatures. The material resists sudden temperature changes, acids, alkalis and salts, ensuring dependable performance in exposed outdoor environments.

With a load bearing capacity of 683kg per pedestal and a break point exceeding one tonne, these ultra low decking pedestals provide strength and reliability even in demanding applications.
