Wallbarn Balance Self Levelling Adjustable Decking & Paving Pedestals are specifically designed to create a perfectly level raised surface, even when installed on sloping or uneven substrates. Covering an adjustable height range from 25mm to 392mm, these high performance pedestal supports are ideal for raised decking and paving systems across flat roofs, balconies, terraces and podium decks.

Manufactured by Wallbarn, the Balance range features an integrated self levelling head capable of compensating for slopes of up to 5 percent, equivalent to 2.86 degrees or a 1 in 20 fall. This makes them particularly suitable for rooftop installations where drainage falls are already built into the structure.

Engineered to smooth out imperfections in the sub deck, these self levelling adjustable pedestals help counteract irregularities such as felt overlaps, surface undulations or slight variations in paving slab thickness. The result is a stable, even upper surface ready to support porcelain paving slabs, concrete flags, timber decking or composite decking boards.

The universal headpiece design allows the same pedestal to be used for both paving and decking applications, providing flexibility across projects. By raising the finished surface, these pedestals create a clear cavity beneath, improving drainage, promoting ventilation and allowing concealed routing of services such as cables and pipework.

With a load bearing capacity of 683kg per pedestal and a break point exceeding one tonne, the Wallbarn Balance system delivers strength and reliability for both domestic and commercial raised flooring installations.
