Manufactured from high-quality 2.5mm thick EPDM rubber, the Resitrix membrane features a self-adhesive backing, making installation quicker and more straightforward than traditional gutter lining systems. The membrane is highly resistant to UV radiation, ozone and infrared exposure, meaning it will not crack, blister or peel over time. With an expected lifespan of up to 50 years, it offers a reliable waterproofing solution built to withstand the harshest weather conditions.

These EPDM gutter lining kits are suitable for relining a wide variety of gutter types, including Finlock gutters, concrete gutters, aluminium gutters, cast iron gutters, metal gutters and asbestos gutters. Whether you're repairing a domestic property or undertaking a commercial refurbishment project, the Resitrix system provides outstanding long-term protection against leaks and water ingress.

Each kit includes FG35 Primer, which is used to prepare the existing gutter before installing the self-adhesive membrane. For lengths exceeding 10 metres or when joining sections, the membrane should be welded using an electric hot air gun to create a secure, watertight joint.

Before ordering, it is important to accurately measure your gutter. Allow sufficient membrane width to extend beneath the roof covering and dress over the front edge of the gutter. The membrane should also be long enough to create the gutter stop ends.
