Powerlon VCL 250 Air & Vapour Control Layer is a high-performance reinforced vapour control layer (VCL) designed to restrict the movement of warm, moisture-laden air into the insulation and building structure. Installed on the warm side of the insulation, it helps reduce the risk of interstitial condensation within roof and wall constructions.
As the top-of-the-range VCL within the Powerlon range, VCL 250 provides an impermeable air and vapour barrier that also helps improve the airtightness of the building envelope. This makes it suitable for a wide variety of general construction applications where effective control of air and water vapour movement is required.
A reinforcement scrim provides additional strength, making the membrane suitable for wall and ceiling applications while helping it withstand the demands of installation. With a water vapour resistance of 530 MNs/g, Powerlon VCL 250 provides a robust solution for protecting insulation and supporting effective condensation control.
Supplied in a 2m x 50m roll for efficient coverage across larger roof, wall and ceiling areas.
