The Novia Double Sided Lap Tape is a high-performance bonding tape designed to securely seal overlaps and joints in breather membrane installations for both roof and wall applications. Constructed with a polyester scrim carrier and coated with a strong acrylic dispersion adhesive on a silicone-coated brown release paper, it provides excellent adhesion and long-term durability.
This tape is suitable for installation at temperatures as low as -10°C, with optimal application at +5°C or higher for the best results. When used in conjunction with Novia Breather Membrane Lap Tape (BMLT), it forms part of a high-specification two-tape sealing system that helps protect against external environmental conditions, reduces air leakage, and improves airtightness across the construction.
