The Manthorpe SmartFlash Lead Flashing Replacement Roll - 140mm x 5m - Pack of 2 is a modern, safe and easy-to-use alternative to traditional lead flashing. Designed for both professional roofers and DIY use, this self-adhesive lead replacement flashing provides a secure waterproof seal across a wide range of roof and wall junctions.
Made from a durable composite of expandable aluminium mesh encased within a robust polymer rubber, SmartFlash offers excellent flexibility and workability. It stretches easily to follow deep profiled tiles and complex roof details, ensuring a reliable watertight finish on virtually any roofing substrate with a minimum slope of 5 degrees.
Each roll features a full butyl adhesive backing protected by a peel-off film, allowing the flashing to be shaped and positioned before fixing securely in place. Finished in Anthracite Dark Grey for an authentic lead appearance, SmartFlash provides the look of traditional sheet lead without the weight, toxicity or scrap value.
Available in multiple widths, this convenient pack of two 5-metre rolls is perfect for weatherproofing chimneys, abutments, dormers, valleys and other roofing details quickly and effectively.
