Manthorpe Single Pantile Roof Tile Vent

The Manthorpe Single Pantile Roof Tile Vent is a discreet and practical solution for ventilating roof spaces or terminating ducted systems through concrete single pantile roofs. Designed to replace a single tile, the in-line profile maintains a clean and unbroken appearance on the roof, whether positioned at high or low level.

This compact vent delivers 5,000mm² of free airflow through a specially engineered internal path that channels water away and onto the tile surface. A built-in 4mm louvred grille protects against debris and insects, ensuring uninterrupted airflow. It's a reliable option for pitched roof ventilation as well as extractor fan or soil pipe connections via roof tiles.

The moulded, textured finish is available in four colour options to complement a wide range of interlocking single pantile designs from top UK tile manufacturers. A granular surface finish is also available on request for enhanced visual matching. The 4" outlet at the base is compatible with the GRPA Flexible Pipe range, making this vent a versatile choice for both standard and ducted applications.
