The Manthorpe MULTICOREXL244 Multi-Width Cavity Closer – Pack of 6 is a cost-effective and flexible solution for sealing cavity reveals around windows and doors. Designed to cover a range of cavity widths from 50mm to 100mm, this closer provides a reliable thermal break and functions as a vertical DPC barrier at the jambs, helping to improve energy efficiency and prevent moisture ingress.
Each unit includes pre-formed groove guides, making it quick and simple to cut down to size on-site, ensuring a perfect fit for different cavity widths. When installed to allow a 30mm overlap behind the frame, the closer helps achieve the necessary thermal resistance (R Value) to meet building regulations.
Manufactured with low global warming potential insulation, the MULTICOREXL244 supports sustainable construction while offering excellent performance in both new build and retrofit projects.
