Manthorpe Internal Corner Tray

The Manthorpe Internal Corner Tray is used to continue a horizontal cavity tray system seamlessly around internal corners in cavity wall construction. This preformed unit ensures consistent moisture protection while maintaining a rigid fit within the wall structure.

Locating ribs provide an accurate connection with adjacent trays, ensuring a secure overlap, while the pre-applied mastic tape creates a strong, watertight bond between components. The tray also features a removable foam strip, which leaves a clean 25mm slot for inserting lead flashing with wedges once the mortar has set.

To suit various detailing requirements, the internal corner tray is available with short, standard or long pre-attached flashing, using either code 4 lead, code 5 lead (by special order) or a lead replacement alternative.
