Manthorpe GL250-03 Drop Down Loft Access Hatch

The Manthorpe GL250-03 Drop Down Loft Access Hatch offers a discreet and energy-efficient solution for accessing roof spaces in modern homes. With a clean, low-profile design and a lightly textured white finish, it fits seamlessly into a wide range of interior styles and can also be painted to match the décor.

This high-performance loft hatch includes a twist-action three-point closing mechanism that, combined with its foam compression draught seals, provides a strong airtight barrier. The seal helps prevent moist warm air from entering the loft space, supporting compliance with Part L of the Building Regulations.

Supplied with 50mm of expanded polystyrene insulation, the hatch delivers effective thermal performance and helps to reduce heat loss. The hinged door can be fully dropped down or removed, allowing unobstructed access to the loft when needed. It can be operated by hand or using a pole (not supplied), with an attachment point located on the rear of the door.

Compatible with Manthorpe GLL256 and GLL257 loft ladders, this hatch provides a neat and secure finish for any loft access point.
