Manthorpe External Corner Tray

The Manthorpe External Corner Tray is designed for situations where a horizontal cavity tray system must continue around external corners in cavity wall construction. It ensures a reliable, water-resistant seal while maintaining system continuity across changes in wall direction.

Featuring integrated locating ribs, the tray provides a secure and accurate overlap with adjoining tray sections. A pre-attached mastic strip bonds the joint for a long-lasting, watertight seal, reducing the risk of water tracking into the structure. The tray also includes a removable foam strip, which creates a 25mm deep slot once set, allowing for fast and secure lead flashing installation using traditional wedges.

The external corner tray is available pre-leaded in short, standard, or long lengths, using either code 4 lead, code 5 lead (special order), or a lead-free alternative, giving flexibility for various project requirements.
