Manthorpe Catchment Tray

The Manthorpe Catchment Tray is designed to sit at the lowest point of a stepped cavity tray system, acting as the collection point for water draining from trays higher up the wall. With integrated stop ends at both sides, the tray captures moisture effectively and channels it outward, helping prevent water ingress at the base of abutment details.

To ensure proper discharge, the tray must be used in conjunction with a Manthorpe G950 Weep Vent, which allows water to exit through the outer leaf. A removable front mortar clip creates a 25mm aperture once set, making lead flashing installation fast and accurate using lead wedges.

The tray also includes an injection moulded mortar trap with angled ribs to catch falling mortar and maintain a clear water path. This design helps reduce the risk of blockages during and after installation, offering long-term protection for cavity wall structures.
