Manthorpe 2-in-1 Eaves Ventilation Pack - Pack of 10

The Manthorpe 2-in-1 Eaves Ventilation Pack combines an over fascia vent with an underlay support tray to deliver continuous, discreet airflow at the eaves. Providing 10,000mm² of ventilation per metre, it ensures a clear path into the roof space while an integral 4mm flyscreen prevents insect ingress.

Each 1m length is designed for quick installation, with adjoining trays slotting neatly into place for a secure and supported overlap. Defined fixing points on the fascia board and additional fixing options to the rafters ensure a strong and reliable fit. The angled front nose directs water run-off into the gutter, while drainage gullies add further protection against pooling around the fascia.

With its flexible design, the ventilator can be fitted to roof pitches between 15° and 70°, making it suitable for both refurbishment and new build applications. This version does not include an eaves comb filler, making it best suited to use with flat or non-profiled roof coverings.
