The Manthorpe 15mm Radiator Pipe Guide & Seal is a smart, airtight solution for managing 15mm plastic central heating pipework as it exits the wall behind a radiator. Supplied in a box of 20 units, it’s designed to reduce heat loss, protect exposed pipe runs, and create a tidy finish for modern heating installations.

This system features a twin-plate design that supports both first and second fix plumbing stages. During the first fix, the mount plate secures pipework firmly at the point of exit from the wall. Later, the second fix cover plate conceals the penetration and provides an airtight seal that helps meet the requirements of updated Building Regulations for air leakage.

The curved guide channels direct the pipework toward the radiator valves while preventing kinks, sagging or wear. Flexible grommets ensure a snug fit around the pipe while still allowing for directional movement. The rear plate includes multiple pilot holes for easy adjustment, and the cover plate is fixed with a single central screw, eliminating the need to drill into plasterboard near fragile edges.
