Kartell K-Rad Kompact Type 22 Double Panel Double Convector Radiator
When greater heating performance is required, the Kartell Kompact Type 22 Double Panel Double Convector Radiator provides a powerful solution for domestic and commercial central heating systems. Its Type 22 configuration combines two radiator panels with two sets of convector fins, increasing the available heat-emitting surface area and delivering a higher output than comparable single-convector radiator designs.
This makes the Kartell Type 22 particularly well suited to rooms with greater heating requirements, including larger living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens and other areas where achieving the required heat output from the available wall space is important. A wide range of radiator sizes allows the appropriate combination of height, width and output to be selected for different rooms and heating calculations.
Part of the established Kartell Kompact range, these double panel double convector radiators offer some of the highest heat outputs available on the UK market for comparable sizes. The additional panel and convector increase heating capacity while retaining the familiar appearance and straightforward installation associated with traditional steel panel radiators.
Each radiator is finished as standard in a high-quality RAL 9016 white enamel, complemented by factory-fitted top grilles and side panels for a neat, fully finished appearance. For projects requiring something different from a standard white radiator, this product can also be painted to order. Engineered for dependable performance, the Kartell Kompact Type 22 can operate at pressures of up to 10 bar and a maximum operating temperature of 120°C. It is manufactured under a BS EN ISO 9001 quality system, with declared radiator outputs complying with EN 442.
An installation package is supplied with the radiator, including the required brackets, bolts, vents and plugs, together with four fixing points and 1/2" tappings to support straightforward installation.
