Kartell K-Rad Kompact Type 21 Double Panel Single Convector Radiator
Get increased heating performance without moving straight to a twin-convector radiator with the Kartell Kompact Type 21 Double Panel Single Convector Radiator. Sometimes referred to as a P+ radiator, the Type 21 configuration uses two heating panels with one set of convector fins, providing greater heat-emitting surface area than a comparable Type 11 single panel radiator.
This makes the Kartell Type 21 a strong all-round choice for central heating installations where room warmth needs to be balanced against radiator depth. With a wide selection of heights and widths available, the range offers options for everything from restricted wall areas through to larger spaces requiring greater heating capacity.
Kartell has engineered the Kompact range to deliver high heat outputs compared with radiators of similar dimensions on the UK market. The double panel single convector arrangement allows the radiator to generate effective warmth while retaining a more compact construction than radiator types incorporating two sets of convector fins.
A high-quality RAL 9016 white enamel finish gives the radiator its familiar clean appearance, while factory-fitted side panels and a top grille provide a tidy, fully finished profile. This straightforward styling allows the radiator to integrate easily into bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, hallways and other spaces throughout the property.
Built for demanding heating installations, the Kartell Kompact Type 21 is suitable for operating pressures of up to 10 bar and temperatures of up to 120°C. It is manufactured under a BS EN ISO 9001 quality system, with declared heat outputs complying with EN 442 requirements.
An installation package is supplied with the radiator, including the required brackets, bolts, vents and plugs, together with fixing points and 1/2" tappings to support straightforward installation.
