Fernco Anti-Flood Air Brick - 215mm x 65mm

The Fernco Anti-Flood Air Brick is a direct replacement for a standard clay or plastic air brick, offering built-in flood protection without affecting day-to-day ventilation. Designed to look and function like a regular air brick, it features an internal self-activating valve that responds automatically to rising water levels.

When floodwater threatens the property, the internal float valve lifts and seals the air brick to help prevent water entering the building. Once the flood has subsided, the valve reopens to restore airflow to the sub-floor area, maintaining essential ventilation to reduce moisture and damp issues.

This passive operation means there is no need for manual intervention, making it a dependable and low-maintenance flood defence solution. Suitable for both modern and older homes, including listed buildings, it is independently tested and Kitemark certified for performance and reliability.
