The ClassicBond EPDM Water Cut Off Mastic is a compression sealant used to create watertight seals at termination points in EPDM flat roofing systems. It's ideal for use where mechanical compression is required — such as beneath a termination bar or around the neck of a pipe boot when secured with a hose clip.
This specialist mastic is essential for flat roof edge detailing and other areas where the EPDM membrane must be sealed without adhesive bonding. Easy to apply using a standard mastic gun, each 1-tube pack covers approximately 3 to 4 linear metres.
