The ClassicBond EPDM Rubber Flat Roof Kit is designed specifically for flat roof extensions where one long edge finishes into a gutter and the opposite long edge meets a house wall requiring flashing. It provides a complete, professional roofing solution that is straightforward to install and delivers a smart, long lasting finish.
Manufactured from 1.2mm EPDM rubber, this flat roofing system offers exceptional durability, with a life expectancy of up to 50 years when installed correctly. EPDM membranes are highly resistant to UV rays, ozone and infrared exposure, meaning they will not crack, blister or peel over time, even in harsh UK weather conditions.
Each kit has been carefully put together to include the correct membrane, adhesives, trims and fixings needed for a secure installation. Please note that the membrane size supplied matches the kit size selected, so your actual roof deck must be slightly smaller to allow for edge overlaps. For example, a 6m x 3m roof kit is suitable for a roof deck measuring no more than 5.7m x 2.7m.

- Sure Edge corner trims for both front corners
- Wall trim to act as flashing against the house wall
- External corner patches and primer for rear corners where roof meets wall
- Installation tools including rollers, scissors and paint brush
- All required pins and clips for fixing trims
