The ClassicBond EPDM Primer is an essential preparation product for flat roof installations, specifically designed to bond EPDM membranes with tapes, patches, and detailing accessories. Whether you're applying pipe boots, corner patches, or sealing joints with splice or cover tape, this primer ensures strong, long-lasting adhesion.
It’s suitable for use with the following 9" Elastoform tape, 6" cover tape, 3" splice tape, internal drains, pipe boots and corners. Important: This primer must be applied only to the EPDM membrane surface using a paint brush or scrubbing pad. Do not apply directly to tapes. Always ensure the primer is evenly coated, without puddling, and fully touch-dry before applying any mating part. It is not intended for membrane-to-membrane bonding without the use of splice tape.
Perfect for flat roof repairs or detailing around perimeters and penetrations, the ClassicBond EPDM Primer helps create a durable seal that holds up in all weather conditions.
