ClassicBond EPDM Metal Wall Flashing Trim - 2m

The ClassicBond EPDM Metal Wall Flashing Trim – 2m is a practical solution for forming a watertight seal at wall upstands, roof edges or gutter drip details. Designed for use with EPDM rubber roofing membranes, this durable metal flashing is fitted alongside ClassicBond Black Mastic to create a long-lasting waterproof barrier.

Perfect for both DIY flat roofing and professional jobs, this flashing trim can be top-fixed or side-fixed using the included 40mm self-sealing Hex Fasteners. It's also suitable as a metal roof edge trim or as a drip edge flashing in combination with other ClassicBond metal trim profiles.

For proper installation as a wall upstand trim, you'll need to use an angle grinder to cut a small channel into the brickwork or render. The membrane is then dressed into the slot and sealed with ClassicBond mastic sealant for a neat and reliable finish.

If you’re not using a grinder, our termination bar system is a simple alternative for creating a watertight upstand junction.
