The ClassicBond EPDM Metal Roof Edge Trim – 2m is designed to provide a smart, durable finish to roof edges where water needs to be redirected back onto the membrane surface. Commonly used as a kerb edge detail for EPDM flat roofs, this metal trim helps prevent water runoff into gutterless areas or over parapets.
Each 2m length includes 40mm self-sealing hex fasteners for easy, secure installation. The trim is available in three different sizes to suit a range of project requirements and roof configurations.
To create an effective kerb edge, install a tanalised timber batten along the deck before applying the EPDM membrane. This forms a subtle upstand that helps position the trim correctly and supports effective water redirection.
Ideal for flat roof edges on extensions, outbuildings, and garden rooms, this metal trim offers a clean finish and long-lasting performance.
