The ClassicBond EPDM External Corner Patch is designed for sealing and waterproofing external corners and membrane cuts on flat roofs, especially where a 150mm upstand is required. Made from uncured, formable EPDM, it stretches easily to follow contours, ensuring a secure, watertight seal in complex areas.
To install, cut the patch to the required size and apply ClassicBond Rubber Primer to the membrane surface using a brush or scrubbing pad. Once the primer is touch dry, stretch and fit the patch into position, ensuring it fully covers the profile.
This corner patch is ideal for detailing around upstands, edges and angled junctions where flexibility is key to maintaining a long-lasting EPDM flat roofing seal.
