This wide joining strip is ideal for creating strong, watertight seals across flat roofs where two membranes meet edge to edge.

Before installation, ensure the EPDM surfaces are clean and dry. Apply ClassicBond primer to both sides and allow it to become touch dry before applying the tape. Use a seam roller to apply pressure and secure a reliable, long-lasting bond.

Also suitable for joining EPDM membranes to TPO or PVC roofing systems, this cover tape is often used in repair work where full roof replacement isn’t needed. When working with rough surfaces like felt or asphalt, pair with water cut-off mastic and a termination bar for best results.
