The Celotex 115mm Thermaclass Full Fill Cavity Wall 21 PIR Board (1190mm x 450mm - 80 Sheets, 42.84m2) is engineered to deliver excellent thermal insulation in full fill cavity wall applications. Made from rigid polyisocyanurate (PIR) with low emissivity foil facings, it provides a thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/mK and an R value of 5.45 m2.K/W. These boards can be installed either as a complete full fill solution or with a residual cavity of up to 10mm, helping to accommodate mortar squeeze and simplify installation. Lightweight and easy to cut, the 1190mm x 450mm format is designed for fast handling and accurate fitting on site. BBA certified, this product ensures trusted performance, but it must not be used in external walls of buildings taller than 11 metres.
