Please note that the membrane supplied matches the kit size selected, so your actual roof deck must be slightly smaller to allow for edge overlaps. For example, a 6m x 3m EPDM roof kit is suitable for a roof deck measuring no larger than 5.7m x 2.7m. As the membrane is cut to size, these kits are are non-returnable.
