Bond-It Integral Water Resistant Plasticiser is a high-performance cement waterproofer designed to enhance the durability and water resistance of internal and external renders. Ideal for use in areas exposed to moisture, this additive is perfect for roof screeds, swimming pools, tanks, retaining walls, basements and reservoirs.

Formulated to improve both workability and plasticity, it makes mortar easier to apply and more reliable in damp environments. By reacting with free lime in the mix, it forms hydrophobic crystals that block pores, significantly reducing water ingress. It also helps retard suction in multi-coat applications, ensuring a smooth, consistent finish.

This waterproofer is UKCA approved and simple to use, just add directly to your gauging water before mixing. Supplied in both 5 litre and 25 litre options, it is an essential addition to any render or screed mix where water penetration needs to be controlled.
