Novia VC4000 Fire Rated Reflective Air & Vapour Control Layer - 1.5m x 50m

The Novia VC4000 Fire Rated Reflective Air & Vapour Control Layer is a high-performance membrane designed for superior fire safety, airtightness, and thermal efficiency. With a Class B-s1, d0 fire rating in accordance with EN 13501-1, it is approved for use in high-rise buildings and projects where enhanced fire resistance is essential.

This reflective AVCL provides extremely low vapour permeability, helping to minimise the risk of interstitial condensation while maintaining airtight performance to reduce heat loss and improve U-values. Suitable for SFS light steel frame, concrete frame, and insulated external wall applications, it is also ideal for insulated flat roof designs where high vapour resistance is required.

For best results, install with Novia Double Sided Butyl Tape and 96mm BS 476 Cold Weather Aluminium Foil Lap Tape to ensure a fully sealed system in compliance with BS 5250.
