The Novia VC200 High Performance Reflective Air & Vapour Control Layer (AVCL) is engineered to provide exceptional airtightness, moisture resistance, and improved insulation efficiency. Ideal for insulated walls, pitched and flat roofs, and floors, this membrane is also well suited for use with Novia breather membranes in insulated frame constructions. With low vapour permeability, the VC200 helps prevent interstitial condensation, safeguarding your building’s fabric over the long term.

For maximum performance, it must be installed using the Novia two-tape sealing system—30mm Double Sided Butyl Tape and 60mm Metallised BOPP Overlap Tape or Novia Foil Overlap Tape—to ensure a continuous airtight seal. This guarantees the product’s integrity and effectiveness throughout its service life.
