The Novia Polythene Air & Vapour Control Layer DIY Kit provides everything you need for a professional-grade airtightness and vapour control installation. Available in 500, 1000, or 1200 gauge, each kit is designed for use in insulated wall, roof, and floor applications, helping to minimise air leakage, reduce heat loss, and limit interstitial condensation.
Made from virgin grade polythene, Novia AVCLs meet BS EN 13984 and are CE marked, ensuring reliable performance across residential, commercial, and industrial builds. Whether you are working with timber frame, SFS light steel frame, or concrete frame constructions, these kits provide the materials needed for a long-lasting and effective seal.
Each kit includes Novia Double-Sided Butyl Tape, Novia Aluminium Foil Lap Tape, and Novia AirSeal310 FR Sealant to ensure a continuous airtight barrier. The kits are ideal for use alongside Novia Breather Membranes for maximum thermal efficiency and moisture control.
