Novia Metallised BOPP Lap Tape

The Novia Metallised BOPP Lap Tape is a premium jointing tape designed for sealing Novia membranes in air and vapour control layer (AVCL), damp proof membrane (DPM), and gas barrier applications. Engineered with a high-tack acrylic dispersion adhesive, it delivers exceptional bond strength, tear resistance, and long-term durability.

Unlike traditional aluminium foil tapes, this metallised polypropylene tape offers superior strength and improved joint integrity, helping to maintain airtightness and reduce the risk of interstitial condensation. It should be used alongside Novia Double Sided Butyl Tape to achieve a complete and secure seal.

Available in Cold Weather and Standard Weather versions, this tape ensures year-round installation flexibility. The Cold Weather variant works in temperatures as low as -20°C (with care) up to +30°C, while the Standard Weather version is ideal for installations between +10°C and +30°C.
