The Novia AirSeal FR Sealant is a halogen-free, polymer emulsion-based joint sealant supplied in a convenient 310ml cartridge. Specially formulated for use with air and vapour control layers (AVCLs), it provides an airtight, fire-rated seal that remains flexible over time. Once applied, it dries to a smooth finish, offering excellent movement capability in both linear joint and penetration seals.
This versatile sealant adheres strongly to a wide range of construction substrates and is ideal for use in and around internal partitions, as well as vertical and horizontal gap seals at wall heads or bases. It can be readily overpainted and will not harden or crack with age, ensuring long-term performance in demanding building environments.
