The FAKRO FPP-V P2 Natural Pine Double Glazed Dual Top Hung Roof Window is a versatile and premium roof window designed to give you greater control over light, ventilation and airflow in pitched roof spaces. Featuring FAKRO’s innovative preSelect system, this window allows you to switch effortlessly between top-hung and centre pivot operation using a discreet sliding switch on the side of the frame. This dual-opening design makes it ideal for loft conversions, attic rooms and living spaces where flexibility and ease of use are important.

Manufactured from high-quality FSC-certified natural pine, the frame is finished with two layers of clear lacquer to enhance durability while showcasing the warmth of real timber. The P2 double glazed unit provides a strong balance of insulation, safety and acoustic performance, helping reduce external noise and improve year-round comfort. With a window U-value of 1.3, it supports energy efficiency without compromising on natural daylight. The toughened outer pane and laminated inner layer add reassurance, while the advanced topSafe system strengthens hinges and locking points for enhanced security.

Ventilation is controlled through the semi-automatic V40P air inlet, designed to limit the effects of wind gusting and deliver consistent background airflow. The bottom-positioned handle includes two micro-opening positions for controlled ventilation, even when the window is closed. Externally, the window is finished in a modern RAL7022 aluminium cladding, offering long-term protection against the elements. Suitable for roof pitches between 15 and 55 degrees, this model fits a wide range of pitched roof applications.
