Manthorpe Refurbishment Horizontal Cavity Tray - 450mm

The Manthorpe Refurbishment Horizontal Cavity Tray – 450mm is designed for installing new horizontal abutments against existing walls or repairing failed or missing trays in older properties. It provides effective weather protection where a horizontal roof feature meets masonry, and can also be used in new builds or paired with the Manthorpe GW295 Horizontal Tray for extended coverage.

The tray features integral stop ends and a clever hook mechanism, which eliminates the need for overlapping, delivering a full 450mm effective length. Its removable mortar clip creates a 25mm aperture once the mortar has cured, allowing for easy and secure lead flashing installation using wedges.

To complete the system and ensure proper drainage, the tray should be installed with a G950 Weep Vent or G951 Peep Weep, helping to divert moisture safely from the cavity to the outside face of the wall.
