Manthorpe Lintel Tray Roll

The Manthorpe Lintel Tray Roll is a practical and flexible solution for protecting cavity wall lintels from moisture ingress. Manufactured from durable polypropylene, the tray is supplied in roll lengths of 5 or 25 metres and can be cut to suit a wide range of opening sizes. It is available in three sizes to suit cavity widths up to 150mm and lintel heights of up to 230mm.

The pre-creased design allows the tray to be folded on-site to match various lintel profiles, while its self-supporting rigidity means there is no need to build it into the inner leaf. Once installed, water is captured on the top surface of the tray and directed to the exterior of the building via Manthorpe Peep or Weep Vents fitted into the outer cavity.

Designed in accordance with NHBC guidelines and British Standards, the Manthorpe lintel tray system provides reliable protection against corrosion, staining and long-term damp issues above window and door openings.
