Manthorpe Horizontal Cavity Tray - 900mm

The Manthorpe Horizontal Cavity Tray – 900mm is specifically designed for straight horizontal abutments in new build cavity wall construction, helping to prevent moisture ingress where external masonry meets structural features like roofs or extensions. With integral stop ends and a built-in hook mechanism, each tray offers a full 900mm effective length and removes the need for overlapping, simplifying the installation process.

Two G950 Weep Vents or G951 Peep Weeps should be used in conjunction with this tray, spaced at 450mm centres to meet NHBC compliance, ensuring collected water is safely drained through the outer wall. The front-facing mortar clips can be removed once the mortar sets, forming a 25mm deep slot for secure lead flashing installation with wedges.

Manufactured from rigid black polypropylene, the tray holds its shape during fitting and interlocks easily with other components in the system for reliable, long-term moisture control.
