The Seldek Aluminium Pipe Flashing for Tile & Slate Roofs provides a fast, reliable, and cost-effective solution for sealing pipe penetrations on pitched tiled and slated roofs. Designed as a high-quality aluminium weathering slate, it will not stain or corrode surrounding roof coverings or gutters, helping to maintain a clean, professional roof finish over time.

At the centre of the design is a watertight cone that is trimmed on site to suit the pipe diameter, allowing for a precise fit. This cone is securely locked into a high-grade, malleable 99.9% pure aluminium base, ensuring excellent flexibility and a long-lasting weatherproof seal that conforms neatly to tile and slate profiles. Its practical design makes it an economical choice for both new installations and replacement work.

Seldek Aluminium pipe flashings are available with either a black EPDM cone or a grey silicone cone for higher temperature applications. The grey silicone option is suitable for constant roofline temperatures up to 200°C, with intermittent exposure up to 250°C. The black EPDM version is suitable for constant temperatures up to 115°C, with intermittent exposure up to 150°C, making it ideal for standard flue and pipe penetrations.
