The Dektite Premium Roof Pipe Flashing is a high-performance, multi-application solution designed to deliver reliable weatherproof sealing across a wide range of roofing materials. Manufactured from highly durable EPDM or silicone and finished with a flexible aluminium band, it provides a secure seal around both hot and cold flues and pipes, particularly on metal roofs where long-term flexibility and strength are essential.
Featuring a practical square base, the Dektite Premium is designed to fit neatly over any prepared hole and works effectively across most roof profiles. Its versatile design also makes it suitable for use on plastic, polycarbonate, and glass roofing, offering a dependable solution for domestic, commercial, and light industrial applications. Suitable for roof pitches between 0 and 45 degrees, it performs reliably on both low and moderately pitched roofs.
The black and grey EPDM options are engineered to withstand constant roofline temperatures from -50°C to 115°C, with intermittent exposure up to 150°C. For higher temperature applications, the red silicone version is suitable for constant temperatures from -50°C to 200°C and intermittent exposure up to 250°C, making it ideal for hotter flues and pipe penetrations.
