The Dektite EZi-Seal Roof Pipe Flashing offers a fast, clean, and highly effective solution for sealing roof penetrations without the need for silicone sealant. Designed with a revolutionary non-absorbent and non-porous sponge gasket, it creates a watertight seal through compression, allowing it to perform reliably even in wet installation conditions.
As the flashing is fixed into place, the sponge gasket compresses and hugs the roofline, forming a secure seal that conforms closely to the roof surface. This makes the Dektite EZi-Seal particularly well suited to situations where traditional sealants are impractical or undesirable. It is suitable for roof pitches between 0 and 45 degrees, providing dependable performance across a wide range of applications.
Manufactured with a black EPDM cone, the Dektite EZi-Seal is suitable for constant roofline temperatures from -50°C to 115°C, with intermittent exposure up to 150°C, making it ideal for standard pipe and flue penetrations.
A suitable fixing kit is required for installation, and the flashing is available in a range of base sizes to suit different pipe diameters and roof requirements. For full details on available base sizes and guidance on selecting the correct fixing kit, please refer to the downloads section.
