The Dektite Diverter Pipe Flashing for Metal Roofs is designed to prevent ponding and damming around roof penetrations, delivering a cleaner and more effective rainwater flow on challenging roof profiles. Its oversized square base helps divert water away from the pipe, reducing the risk of water tracking back up the roof, an issue commonly found on very low or steep roof pitches and deep ribbed metal roofing sheets.
Unlike traditional flashings, there is no need to cut around the pipe. The square base allows for quick, straight cuts, making installation faster and more accurate on profiled metal roofs. Two edges of the flashing are fitted with the classic Dektite aluminium strip for strength and sealing, while the remaining two edges are left bare so the flashing can be trimmed to suit your specific application. Two additional aluminium strips are supplied to finish these edges, which are fixed using self tapping screws and silicone.
Suitable for roof pitches between 0 and 60 degrees, the Dektite Diverter is available in grey EPDM and red silicone options. The grey EPDM version is suitable for constant temperatures from -50°C to 115°C, with intermittent exposure up to 150°C. The red silicone option is designed for higher temperature applications, handling constant temperatures from -50°C to 200°C and intermittent exposure up to 250°C.
