Dektite Combo Retrofit Roof Pipe Flashing

The Dektite Combo Retrofit Roof Pipe Flashing is a highly versatile solution designed to handle both new installations and retrofit applications with ease. Often described as the “Swiss army knife” of roof flashings, this clever two-in-one design can be installed as a standard Dektite flashing or adapted for retrofit use by cutting and fitting it neatly around an existing pipe, then securing it using the supplied joining clips.

Suitable for roof pitches between 0 and 40 degrees, this flashing provides reliable weatherproof sealing across a wide range of roofing applications. Manufactured from durable EPDM rubber in black and grey options, it is built to cope with extreme roofline conditions, withstanding constant temperatures from -50°C to 115°C and intermittent exposure up to 150°C. The red silicone version offers even greater heat resistance, performing reliably at constant temperatures from -50°C to 200°C and up to 250°C intermittently, making it ideal for higher temperature penetrations.
