The K-Rend HP12 Base Coat is a versatile and high-performance render base layer, suitable for both hand and machine application. Featuring advanced 'High Polymer' technology, it delivers enhanced adhesion and durability on challenging substrates, including render carrier boards, dense blocks, unpainted render, and brickwork (when paired with K Rend R7 Primer). Designed for stipple coating and dense backgrounds, this base coat offers excellent water resistance and adhesion, ensuring a robust foundation for a variety of finishes.
For added reinforcement, Alkali Resistant Reinforcing Mesh can be incorporated at stress points such as door and window reveals. Compatible with all K Rend finishes, including Scraped Texture, Thin Coat, Dash, Roughcast, and Brick Rend, HP12 Base Coat provides a flexible solution to achieve a professional-quality finish for any project.
