The Manthorpe Thin Leading Edge Roof Tile Vent provides a clean, low-profile solution for ventilating roof spaces or terminating extractor fans and soil pipes through thin leading edge concrete tiles. Designed to discreetly replace a single roof tile, this vent keeps the roofline unbroken and is suitable for installation at both high and low levels on pitched roofs.

With a cleverly engineered 4mm louvred grille and internal weathering path, it delivers up to 10,000mm² of free airflow while helping to deflect water safely back onto the roof surface. This makes it ideal for both passive roofspace ventilation and mechanical extraction via roof tiles, whether for bathrooms, kitchens, or utility rooms.

Compatible with popular thin edge tiles such as Marley Edgemere, Redland Richmond, Sandtoft TLE, Russell Galloway, and Lagan Elite, the vent offers excellent versatility across modern roofing projects. It's easy to install using an integral sidelock clip and is wind tunnel tested to ensure dependable performance.
