Manthorpe Plain Interlocking Roof Tile Vent

The Manthorpe Plain Interlocking Roof Tile Vent is a smart, low-profile solution for ventilating roof spaces or terminating extractor fans and soil pipes through small-format interlocking plain tile roofs. Designed specifically for compatibility with Marley Ashmore, Redland DuoPlain, and Forticrete Gemini, it features a patented sliding mechanism that adjusts to suit all three styles.

Its subtle curved in-line profile allows the vent to blend seamlessly with the roofline, preserving a clean finish whether fitted at high or low level. The vent delivers 6,000mm² of effective free airflow, channelling moisture safely back onto the tiles via an internal weathering path. A built-in 4mm louvred grille helps prevent ingress from debris and large insects, ensuring consistent airflow performance.

Ideal for both new builds and retrofits, this vent can also be used with a 4" pipe adaptor to connect to the GRPA Flexible Pipe range, making it suitable for mechanical extraction systems or soil stack termination via roof tiles. It's available in a choice of colours to match different roof styles and finishes.
