Manthorpe Non-Profile In-Line Roof Tile Vent

The Manthorpe Non-Profile In-Line Roof Tile Vent is purpose-built to ventilate roof spaces or accommodate mechanical extraction through flat, large-format interlocking concrete roof tiles. Designed to blend seamlessly into the roofline, this vent replaces a single tile, providing a low-profile, unobtrusive finish at either high or low levels on pitched roofs.

Capable of delivering 10,000mm² of free airflow, it features a 4mm louvred grille and internal path that helps divert rainwater safely back onto the roof covering. This makes it ideal for pitched roof ventilation, as well as for bathroom and kitchen extractor fan termination through tile roofs or soil pipe venting when used with an optional adaptor.

Compatible with a wide range of popular flat tile types, including Marley Modern, Redland Mini Stonewold, Sandtoft Calderdale, Russell Grampian, and Lagan Flat, this vent offers excellent versatility for both new build and retrofit roofing applications.
