The Manthorpe Granular Plain Tile Roof Vent offers an effective and subtle way to ventilate pitched roofs finished with plain tiles. Designed with a textured granular finish for improved tile matching, this vent replaces three standard tiles while maintaining a clean, unbroken roofline appearance.

It installs quickly and easily with no need to cut the battens, making it an ideal choice for both new roofs and refurbishment projects. Engineered with an internal weathering path and 4mm louvred flyscreen grille, the vent delivers a consistent 7,000mm² of free airflow, while preventing rainwater ingress and keeping out debris and nesting insects.

This discreet in-line roof tile vent is compatible with most concrete and clay plain tiles from leading UK and Irish manufacturers. It can be used for roofspace ventilation or, when paired with an optional adaptor, for mechanical extraction systems such as bathroom fans or soil stack terminations.
